This service is designed for Manchester residents facing mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress management issues, low confidence, social isolation, low physical activity levels, lack of community connection, disconnection from nature, or bereavement.
Practical Information
The service is free for Manchester residents (eligibility based on living in the city of Manchester). A Sow the City staff member may contact you to complete a short referral form after booking.

- Seed sowing and propagation
- Natural cosmetics including perfumes and bathbombs
- Home made lemonade and herbal tea workshops
- Eco art including, cyanotype and monoprinting
- Wicker craft (wreath and basket making)
