Who Should Attend
This course is specifically designed for individuals facing health challenges such as mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress management issues, low confidence, social isolation, low physical activity levels, lack of community connection, disconnection from nature, or bereavement.

The sessions at NEPHRA are funded by the National Lottery, Awards for All Environment Fund, and Manchester City Council - Public Health. A Sow the City staff member may contact you to complete a short referral form after booking to ensure the site offers the best options for your requirements.
