• Learn low-input, low-maintenance ways to grow, dry, and preserve flowers and plants suitable for Scotland.
• Gain practical advice on choosing, growing, harvesting, and preserving botanicals for dried bouquets, wreaths, and botanical displays.
• Create your own autumnal dried-flower wreath using supplied materials to take home.
• Participate in a practical bulb-planting session in the Gathering Ground garden (weather permitting) to contribute to next year’s cut-flower patch.

Who Should Attend

This workshop is ideal for anyone interested in growing, drying, and preserving their own flowers, regardless of prior gardening or wreath-making experience.

Practical Information

The workshop runs from 11 AM to 2 PM, with the main indoor session from 11 AM to 1 PM, followed by a short break and a gardening session from 1:30 PM (weather permitting). All wreath-making materials are provided. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.
