Who Should Attend

This class is a core component of the SC Native Plant Studies Certificate Program but is also open to the public. It is suitable for anyone interested in learning fundamental horticulture practices with a focus on native plants and ecological benefits. Participants should be in good physical condition, as some fieldwork may involve hiking on uneven terrain.

Practical Information

The class runs for 8 hours, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the class are subject to a 20% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class may be refunded at the discretion of the SCBG, less a 20% processing fee. Class registration cannot be transferred. Friends of the Garden and SCNPS members are eligible for a 10% discount by using a provided code at checkout.
