About This Event
June Botanical Printmaking is a creative workshop taking place on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the Marin Art and Garden Center in Ross, CA.
What to Expect
- Use foraged materials from the garden grounds and local hills to create dramatic images from nature.
- Join Marin-based photographer and printmaker Ben Davidson and photo teacher and artist Laurie Reemsnyder for an engaging printmaking session.
- Begin with a 20-minute “foraging” walk around the 11-acre garden to gather botanical materials.
- Participate in a 60-minute printmaking session in the Cottage, utilizing the cyanotype (photo) process if sunny, or elegant botanical stencil prints on overcast days.
- All participants will receive a wooden frame to showcase their favorite creation.
