Horticulture Courses Open Day: Wednesday 7th October, 10.30am, 6pm

This is an Open Day for Horticulture Courses taking place on Wednesday 7th October, 2026, at the College of Agriculture Food & Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) Greenmount Campus in Antrim.

What to Expect

• Discover Level 2, Level 3, Foundation Degree, BSc (Hons) Degree and Apprenticeship courses in Horticulture.
• Take a walking tour of Greenmount Campus.
• See educational and student facilities, including glasshouses in the Horticulture Centre, greenkeeping areas, and the Walled Garden.
• Engage with friendly staff and students who will answer your questions.
• Observe demonstrations and points of interest along the tour.

Who Should Attend

This event is designed for students after Year 12 or Year 14 study, or for those looking to progress their career in the horticulture industry.

Practical Information

Tours are expected to last approximately 90 minutes. Booking a ticket for each person attending is required. Suitable footwear and clothing are recommended as most of the tour will be outdoors.
