Nene Wetlands Family Eco Gardening Club - 22nd August

The Nene Wetlands Family Eco Gardening Club is a monthly event taking place on Saturday 22 August 2026 at the Rushden Lakes Community Garden in Rushden.

What to Expect

• Engage in a range of gardening activities.
• Help with looking after the garden.
• Plant seeds, grow plants and vegetables.
• Learn all about wildlife gardening.
• Have a go at different crafts.

Who Should Attend

These sessions provide fun for all the family and are most suitable for ages 5 and above.

Practical Information

Attendees should wear suitable footwear and clothing as activities will usually be held outside. If the weather is particularly bad, activities will move indoors to the visitor centre. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
