About This Event
The Free Mencap Our Active Community Martial Arts and Gardening sessions take place on multiple dates at Thanet Martial Art Centre in Margate.
What to Expect
- Free sessions for Adults with Learning Disabilities and their care givers.
- Choose between Martial Arts and Gardening activities for as long as you like within the 2-hour slot.
- Participants lead the session.
- Take home vegetables and fruit you have helped grow.
Who Should Attend
These sessions are designed for Adults with Learning Disabilities. Carers and support workers are very welcome to join in or watch either activity.
