About This Event

Gardening Club is a series of events with an upcoming session on Friday 29 May 2026 at BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art in Gateshead.

What to Expect

  • Get green fingered and help care for a new garden at Baltic.
  • Join in with digging and weeding in the Front Room garden.
  • Make your own flag showing your feelings about nature.
  • Sow seeds, tend to plants, and experiment to discover what thrives where.
  • Share warm conversations and swap gardening tips over hot and cold drinks.
  • All necessary tools are provided.

Who Should Attend

This relaxed, social gardening group welcomes everyone, from seasoned gardeners to those with little experience.

Practical Information

Entry is free, but booking is advised. Each session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.
