Grow Together: Gardening Group

Grow Together: Gardening Group will take place on Friday 21 August 2026, from 11 AM to 3 PM, at Hawbush Community Gardens in Brierley Hill.

What to Expect

• Help work on developing the community allotment
• Spend relaxed time on the allotment with no pressure to garden
• Enjoy a cosy picnic together under shelter (bring your own packed lunch)
• Connect with other parents and their children in nature
• Have conversations about mental health and well-being

Who Should Attend

This group is for local moms and their families seeking peer support, a non-judgmental space to discuss motherhood, and to create mindful memories with their children, while engaging in community gardening.

Practical Information

The group is free to attend, though donations are welcomed. Attendees should dress for the weather and wear clothes suitable for getting a little messy. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
