What to Expect

• Learn how to draw beautiful plants confidently with botanical artist Jennifer Duval-Smith.
• Explore simple yet powerful nature journaling prompts and accessible techniques for capturing natural detail.
• All materials are provided, including paper, pencils, clipboard, watercolour pencils, and brushes.
• The workshop includes a three-hour session with personalised guidance, morning tea, and coffee.
• Participants will have the opportunity to observe and record exquisite plant specimens specially curated at the Domain Nursery.

Who Should Attend

This workshop is suitable for all skill levels, from those picking up a pencil for the first time to those already comfortable with their craft, as the techniques taught are designed to meet individuals where they are.

Practical Information

This workshop is part of an eight-part series running throughout 2026. Class sizes are limited to ten participants. Cancellations made within seven days of the event are non-refundable, but replacement attendees are welcomed. Please note that due to steep stairs and pathways, the nursery depot venue is currently not wheelchair accessible.
