Who Should Attend
This is an Adult Learners’ Week event, open to individuals aged 18 and over.
Practical Information
Meeting point: Food Garden area of Royal Botanical Gardens at 10am. Please bring a thermos with a hot drink or you can purchase a coffee from the Cafe. Other refreshments will be provided. Layers are recommended due to Tassie weather. The walk will proceed in all weather, but rescheduling will occur if it rains. Please wear grippy non slip shoes, such as sneakers or walking boots.
Programme
- 10:00am Welcome and hello by Libraries Tasmania and Heart Foundation.
- 10:15am Enjoy a lovely walk, you choose the pace, gentle, medium or brisk.
- 11:00am Meet back at the Food Garden for a cuppa, cake and lovely conversations about books.
