Delete Your Hadaa Account

You can delete your Hadaa account and its data at any time, directly from the app or the website. This page explains how, and what happens to your data when you do.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to Hadaa (the Android app or hadaa.app).
  2. Open your Profile.
  3. Go to Account & security.
  4. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately — you are signed out and your account can no longer be accessed.

What gets deleted

  • Your account details (email address and name).
  • The photos and sketches you uploaded.
  • Your projects and the designs generated for you.
  • Any remaining credits on the account.

Records we are legally required to keep — such as payment and transaction records — may be retained for as long as the law requires. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can delete individual projects — including their uploaded photos and generated designs — from inside the app at any time, without deleting your account.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access your account, email support@hadaa.app from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and complete the deletion for you.
